Welcome to Hearts Notes. These Terms of Service govern your use of our store and your purchases from us. Please read them carefully — by using our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Hearts Notes is a brand owned and operated by VORVN Ltd. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to VORVN Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to you, the visitor or customer.
Eligibility
To purchase from Hearts Notes, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our products
Hearts Notes offers digital products (PDFs, ebooks, printables, devotionals, downloadable journals, and similar items) and physical products (printed books, journals, and related goods). All content is created for personal, educational, and devotional use, and is rooted in Christian faith and Scripture.
We do our best to describe each product accurately and display its features clearly. Colors, finishes, and details of physical products may appear slightly different on different screens.
Prices and payment
All prices on Hearts Notes are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed by secure third-party providers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you have the lawful authority to use it.
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Errors in pricing, product description, or availability
- Violations of these terms
- Inability to ship to the requested address
If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Digital products: license
When you purchase a digital product from Hearts Notes, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use it. This means:
- You may use the product for your own personal, family, or small-group devotional use.
- You may print physical copies for your own personal use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, post online, or commercially exploit the product in any way.
- You may not claim authorship of any part of the product.
- You may not use the product or any part of it to train AI or machine learning models.
Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with VORVN Ltd or the original author. Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright law.
Physical products
Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. From that point, the item is yours and your responsibility.
Refunds and returns
Our refund and return rules are laid out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: digital products are refundable within 7 days of purchase, and physical products are returnable within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.

Intellectual property
Everything on Hearts Notes — the name "Hearts Notes," our logo, our designs, our written content, our product images, our branding, our products themselves — is the property of VORVN Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of our content without prior written permission from us.
User conduct
You agree not to use our store to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our store, systems, or accounts
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other customers
- Reproduce or redistribute our products in violation of the license terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VORVN Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our store or products.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our store or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
