Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how Hearts Notes delivers your order.

Digital products

Digital items — PDFs, ebooks, printables, devotionals, downloadable journals — are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive:

  • An email with your download link
  • Access to the download from your customer account on our store

If you don't see the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, reach out through our contact form with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Download links remain active so you can re-download your files anytime from your account.

Physical products

We ship printed books, journals, and other physical items worldwide.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment. All shipping fees are in USD.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During major holidays or new product launches, processing may take a few extra days — we'll let you know if anything is delayed.

Estimated delivery times

Once shipped, here's roughly how long delivery takes:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 10–21 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14–30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and holiday seasons can extend transit times beyond these windows.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to begin appearing in the carrier's system.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country's government when the package arrives. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

If you refuse a package because of customs charges, the order will be treated as a return and any associated shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a day early.

If your package truly hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out through our contact form within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a message through the contact form within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, reach out through the contact form as soon as possible. We can usually update it before the order ships, but once it's handed to the carrier we can't change it. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Currency

All prices and shipping fees on Hearts Notes are listed and charged in USD.
